Dr. Rocinda Barnor’s Biography
Dr. Rocinda Barnor a graduate of Fountain Gate Bible College and Christian Life School of Theology Seminary where she received her Bachelor of Theology and Doctor of Sacred Studies degrees.
Rocinda founded with her husband, Dr. Richard Barnor, in the early 1990’s, River of Life Ministries Inc. In 2003, they both started Fountain of Life International Church. Then, in 2015, Rocinda continued pastoring the church, while her husband started traveling doing refugee mission and traveling work. Also, in 2015, Rocinda changed the name of the church and started a new work, Where the River Flows Church, Inc. which continued from 2015-2021.
In 2021, God spoke to her it is time for go out on the fields again like she did with her husband Richard in the 1990’s to do global ministry/ mission work in the USA and overseas.
God has used Rocinda to equip and train leaders in other countries in diverse areas as Africa, Europe (Ukraine) and North America. She founded a training school named International School of Apostles and Prophets in Plano, Texas in the early 2000’s. God used her to train Christian leaders how to operate in the prophetic and taught them the understanding of the five-fold ascension gifts. To assist her in training leaders, she also had well-known speakers come to the school to help her train.
Furthermore, God taught her through prayer and His word how to tear down Enemy strongholds in their cities and their countries and how to transform their nation through the Word of God Kingdom message.
Additionally, Rocinda’s gifting is preaching, teaching, evangelism and she has a strong prophetic anointing on her life. Rocinda has had numerous encounters with Jesus who has visited her many times during the 45 years of knowing Him. Jesus Christ uses her in the operation in the word of knowledge, miracles, and healing.
Rocinda Barnor’s covering is with the Apostle Jim Hodges, Founder, President, and Apostolic Team Leader of the Federation of Ministers and Churches International.
In addition to currently being mentored by Apostle Jim Hodges, Lee Grady (Discipleship) and Prophet Barbara Wentroble, Rocinda Barnor has previously been mentored by the late Dr. Fuchsia Pickett, Apostle Judson Cornwall, Apostle Jean Hodges, Dr. Gary Stewart, and Bishop Dwayne Lusk.
Rocinda’s goal is not to only minister the word of God but to do charitable work in the United States of America and overseas, helping widows and women who have been abused and neglected. In the United States, she also wants to help the homeless. Additionally, overseas, it her desire to create a sewing school for women to where they can go into business to provide for the needs of their children along with providing assistance to orphan children (refugees) around the world.
Our charitable organization wants to give these precious people hope, freedom and life in Jesus Christ.
