The purpose of the global outreach is to help widows, mothers and children in Northern Uganda. This outreach need has been on the heart of Dr. Rocinda Barnor for years as there have been significant numbers of people, as high as one million, fleeing South Sudan into Uganda, primarily Northern Uganda, due to the ongoing conflict and instability in South Sudan.

Richard’s spiritual parents, right now, is hosting the largest Sudanese refugee camp in Uganda. As a result, Where the River Flows Ministry / Network desires to help Dr. Richard Barnor, Director of Hope and Grace International, who is working with Gary and Louise Short, the co-founders of Hope and Grace International.

One of the purposes of Dr. Rocinda Barnor’s ministry is a calling to provide humanitarian assistance to help widows, mothers and children in various countries across the globe.
